Office Hours Consulting (“Office Hours Consulting,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website officehoursconsulting.com (the “Site”) and provides employer-sponsored academic benefits, including discounted tutoring, study skills coaching, and counselor-led workshops. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the Site, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Scope note: This policy covers only information collected through this website. Data handling for delivered tutoring and workshop services — including any information relating to employees' children — is governed by separate service agreements and protocols and is not covered by this policy.

Information you provide. When you submit the “Request a quote” form, we collect:
- Your full name
- Your work email address
- Your company name
- Your company size
- Any details you choose to add in the optional message field
Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider logs basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, for security and performance purposes. We also use Vercel Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site. It collects aggregate usage information such as page views and referring sites, and does not use cookies.
How we use your information
We use the information you submit to:
- Respond to your quote request and any related questions
- Prepare pricing and a pilot outline for your company
- Follow up with you about our services
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising purposes.
How we share information
We share information only with service providers that help us operate the Site and respond to you, and only as needed for those purposes. These currently include:
- Our website hosting and analytics provider (Vercel)
- Our email delivery provider (Resend), which transmits your form submission to us
- Our database provider (Neon), where form submissions are stored
- Our email provider (Google Workspace), where we receive and respond to your message

We keep quote-request information for as long as needed to respond to your request and to maintain our business records.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information you submit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
