Caleb founded Office Hours after building Reflex Tutoring, a tutoring and academic support business serving students and families directly. That work shaped a clear view of what families need: useful guidance, consistent follow-through, and less time spent coordinating support themselves.
Office Hours carries that experience into an employer-sponsored model, connecting academic support with the needs of working families and the organizations that employ them.
